b) you may leave home to work as, or for, a "permitted enterprise" [Source: Section 4(3)(a) of the regulations];

c) a "permitted enterprise" includes persons who provide goods or services specified at https://lnkd.in/grQSGBF [Source: Section 2(1) of the regulations];

d) permitted services include:
- Publishing activities;
- Motion Picture, Video, Television, Sound Recording,
- Music Publishing and Other Programme Production
Activities;
- Radio Programme Production and Broadcasting;
- Telecommunications;
- Information Services Activities;
- Management Consultancy Activities;
- Advertising and market research;
- Design services; and
- Other services (including consultancy services); and

e) ergo, if you provide any such services, you are providing an essential service, since you are only allowed to leave home for such! Hooray!
