On heritage and history.

This year, Rajah & Tann Singapore celebrates its 45th anniversary.

I claim zero credit for this milestone. All I can do is to acknowledge my predecessors, past and present: "[i]f I have seen further it is by standing on the shoulders of Giants".* They are the ones who have built the firm into the regional powerhouse - Rajah & Tann Asia - that it is today.

Many thanks also to the clients, colleagues, compatriots, mentors, ex-classmates, friends, and family, for all the support over the years.

Here's to the next 45 years, and beyond.
